Contributions by others
Allegations, opinions and presentations on this site by third parties is done so personally at the responsibility of these participants/authors and are not derived from the internet editorial office or from the MST. Some sections of the site offer the opportunity for voluntary contributions (including, for example, participation to a forum, chatting, providing texts, illustrations, photo’s and other visual material, audio materials, ideas and drafts etc.) to the internetsite. These contributions, however, must comply with a number of rules:

The participant shall observe and bear in mind the general standards and principles of social discourse and adhere to statutory regulations. Contributions submitted shall not be sexist, pornographic, racial or discriminate. |

Participation to this site is at the sole responsibility and risk of the participant. |

The participant, by participation, guarantees to possess legal authority of the presented contribution(s) and to indemnify the MST for possible claims from third parties. |

By participation, assignment of rights with respect to the contributions are transferred to MST and accordingly become the property of MST, which can make unrestricted use of and exploit the contributions that are not limited to informative purposes (electronic or otherwise). |
5. |
Improper use of the internetsite will not be made by, for example, by inundating forums with (practically) the same messages. |
6. |
The MST at all times preserves the right to immediately delete or edit contributions or parts thereof, that are deemed inadmissible. |
