Introductie

J.W. Vermeijden is sinds 2008 werkzaam in het MST. Van 2008 tot en met 2010 als anesthesioloog-intensivist op het thorax centrum twente en vanaf 2010 fulltime intensivist op de algemene intensive care.

Hij volgde zijn opleiding tot anesthesioloog en intensivist in het Universitair Medisch Centrum Groningen.

Hij is momenteel nog bezig met een promotie traject over het gebruik van bloedbesparende technieken in de hartchirurgie. Hij hoopt dit af te ronden in 2016.
